| | Nice to see all the bugfixes coming together, cant wait to test the game soon
Note:- Sword Dance: The mechanic has been updated to always progress regardless of whether or not the attacks were defended against.
This games gets more like Knight Online everytime new info comes out.. Thats a warrior skill from ko (knight online is rvr though not called that and has public quests and capitol sieges dating back from 2004) So it makes me laugh when Mythic claim to have invented it. |

Tor Anroc: Shake and bake! More quakes and more falling rocks have been added to break up the enemy rush!
| Interesting, hehe.

| | Am I the only one who down over the death penalties?
Shit man, you die like a dog during PvP, now I must go AFK for three minutes every 5th time I bite the dust?
Dying was a bad thing because:
1) You now have to ressurect.
2) The enemy is one step closer to victory and zone control.
3) Sometime it's quite a run to get back into the fight.
So why must I waste money at the healer as well?
Damnation, now I must do PvE grinding just so I can afford to play PvP, fuck it all!

And yes dying is half the fun, I can remember a few epic failures of my own |

| | When you kick the bucket, and there's no healer around to ressurect you, you wind up at the warcamp. There is a healer NPC next to your respawn point, but they previously only dealt with the death penalty from death through PvE. Which was bearable. Damn the devs for this, melee/DPS will suffer most for this, mark my words.

| | Yes Ferriun I understand now, that is not very desirable. Well if it's me around I have no problems allowing the healers come ressurect the party members..
We used this sort of honourable approach in KO when enemies died at towers, there was a bouncing rule a.k.a the enemy would sit and stand fast as we could not communicate with opposite nation outside neutral zones. Anyhow we allowed enemy nation priests to ress the fallen as the death penalty caused at high levels from pve deaths was so harsh you would not beleive it. (towers counted as a pve death) I mean at lvl 70 you are talking 500 million exp lost. |

| | Well you know you can come jump on our vent if need be, i'm not sure if your infiltrators have already posted our vent info yet, but I shall pm high ranking EU officials with the details if you so wish..
Remember were here to have fun and enjoy the game, there will be no childish antics if we win or loose that much I promise you. |

| | Well, perhaps now people let me rez them for a change. You wouldn't believe how often I started a rez, only to find out halfway down my spell casting they tap out. Argh.

At Realm Rank 80, players will receive a passive buff which gives them a bonus to every Mastery Path as if they spent one point in each path.
| I have a question about this. I was planning my career path and was wondering if this passive buff stacks on top of the 15th point in a path. So for example, if X ability after maxing out that path does 100 damage, after you receive this "buff" does in now do 105? If not, then if you aren't getting the rank 4 morale ability then it is actually better to not waste a point in the 15 slot.
Probably will have to wait to see, but thought i would ask. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
