| | Recruitment Form? I just thought it might be good to get another recruitment form ready for after release, so we can try and have another barrier between people who dont really benefit the guild. Obviously, if you dont like it or have changes, say and I'll revise it. Also, if the Officers dont like this, sorry in advance. Section 1 - About Yourself
1. Real name:
2. Age:
3. Location:
4. Why do you want to join The Lost Guard?:
5. Do you have friends in the guild who would recommend you? If so please state who, and how you know them:
6. What guilds have you been in and why did you leave?:
7. What do you enjoy doing most in WAR?:
8. How often do you play?:
9. How experienced a player would you say you were (how long have you played your character and how well would you say you know your Career)?:
10. What is your biggest weakness as a player?
11. Tell us a little about yourself and your interests outside WAR: 12. Are you able to install and use Vent and be able to listen to it every major guild activity? Section 2 - About Your Characters (please repeat this section for each character applying for membership)
1. Name:
2. Career:
3. Level:
4. Build type:
5. Why did you choose it and explain why it is a good spec: Section 3 - Other Characters (please repeat this section for each character not applying for membership)
1. Character:
2. Career, Level:

| | It is a mite invasive by my cautious standards - I wouldn't personally ask someone for their real name or outside interests ( beyond maybe Warhammer tt / RP ) on an application form.
Other than that :
* Should clarify only other characters on the same server might be of interest.
* I never noted the actual level terms, but Character Rank & Renown Rank would both be useful to know.
* Crafting level might also be an asset, though we have enough members that it is not likelt to be a big deal. |

| | Combine section seven and eight in section two, make it clearer that the first three questions are optional (and not necessarily the rest in the section).
Characters not applying might just be random level one "I want to reserve this name" characters, you cold just say "other characters of note, or that we should know about".
And you acidentaly put 12 on top of 11.

| | just had a thought. I believe that the Career leads should be the ones to aprove new members, but the Guid Leader can over rule, as they will most likely dedicate themselves to knowing the needs of players of that career and if someone would fit in or not as that career.

| | To me, making our website application form more detailed when the game is about to be released isn't needed. Most new recruits that will be made in the game. The decision would most likely be made in the game if he/she will be formally invited into the guild. Website application would act more of a formality to ingame decisions that has already been made.
Just my opinion...

| | I was going along the lines of players interested are given an initiate rank sort of thing, and then if they like it, they fill out a form etc. i dunno. just a suggestion, and it was more for when we are higher levels.
